UKLCC Conference Terms and Conditions

This is an event for healthcare professionals working in the UK in an NHS setting

Delegate places at the conference are limited and offered on a first-come, first served basis. Places cannot be guaranteed until payment has been received

Cancellation charges apply (25% if cancelled more than four weeks ahead of the event, 50% if cancelled between two and four weeks ahead of the event and 100% if cancelled within 14 days of the event)

UKLCC reserves the right to alter the programme without prior notice

In the event that the conference is cancelled or cannot take place for any reason outside the control of UKLCC, the registration fees will be refunded in full. The total liability of UKLCC shall be limited to that refund only and it shall not be liable for any other loss, cost or expense howsoever arising

Delegates are advised to take out appropriate travel insurance cover

To be eligible for the discounted low £25 conference rate, you must be a healthcare professional working in the UK in an NHS setting at the time of attending conference
