Badges

Your name badge will be provided on arrival at the registration desk in the Morris Room and should be worn at all times.

Safety, security and cloakroom

A cloakroom will be available for the duration of the conference. Please do not leave bags or equipment unattended. UKLCC cannot be held responsible for misplaced personal belongings. Luggage is left at your own risk. In case of a fire at the venue please ensure you are aware of the means of escape and how and where to raise the alarm.

Catering and Exhibition

Catering and Exhibition will take place on the Lower Ground Floor in the Brewer & Smith and Arnold Rooms.

COVID-19 Precautions

Delegates are asked to take all possible precautions against spreading of COVID-19 and other infections. Anyone with symptoms or a positive COVID-19 test before or during the conference must not attend sessions or the exhibition in person.
